CTS-4, our 4th generation component test system, is a fully-automated, turn-key component test system that provides a single-connection, multiple-measurement architecture used in both low and high-volume development and manufacturing of: high-frequency commercial and military modules and MMIC devices, such as transmit and receive modules (T/R); LMDS and MMDS CPE; and base station testing.

CTS-4 systems are used in:

• Research and development - CTS-4 performs precise electrical measurements on increasingly complex and high-speed chips in order to assure quality and reliability, reduce costly redesigns, accelerate time-to-market, and improve chip fabrication processes
• Manufacturing - As production test systems, CTS-4 reduces manufacturing costs of complex and high-speed chips by supporting the identification of defective chips and modules early in the production process. CTS-4 performance, due to speed and accuracy, offers high-throughput capabilities even while capturing all measurements required in complex designs.

Designed for maximum configuration and test measurement flexibility, the System’s agile and scalable architecture delivers high-speed, high-volume microwave and millimeter-wave measurement capabilities while providing frequency coverage from 10 MHz to 50 GHz.

Eljay WIDE (Wizard-based Integrated Development Environment ) makes even the most complex measurement processes easy to script, eliminating the requirement for specialized programmers. WIDE software enables users to quickly and easily create sophisticated, interactive test scripts that can run as standalone programs.
